- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-07-01, by Irene SutherlandExtremely poor customer service. Shown only granite and quartz countertops. No mention of laminate until we requested it. Kitchen cabinets ordered on November 22, 2017. Absolutely no contact until I phoned on February 9, 2018. Received email that it would be looked into. Still no reply. Went to store on February 21, spoke to manager/owner who assured me this would be looked into. Still no response. Went back to store again on February 22 and asked for my money refunded. On picking up my check was informed these cabinets could be in on Friday, February 23. Unsure how they could not arrive after thirteen weeks but could come overnight.
